To pay the consumer has the choice between various possibilities presented on the order form depending on his/her country. The consumer guarantees atlas-routier.com that he/she is entitled to use the mode of payment he/she has chosen when he/she validated the order form. atlas-routier.com will suspend the processing and the delivery in case of payment refusal with a credit card by legal accredited organisations or in case of non payment. atlas-routier.com will refuse to deliver an item or proceed an order from a customer with a previous order partially or totally unpaid, or with an invoice litigation.
Availability of the goods
The order will be processed within 2 days from the day following the payment. If the order item is not available due to our suppliers, the customer will be notified right away. The customer will have the choice to be refunded within 30 days or to choose another item of the same value.
Shipping
The goods will be delivered at the address indicated by the customer on the order form. The customer has to check the state of the parcel when delivered and to notify the damage occurred during the shipping on the shipping form, as well as to the shipper and atlas-routier.com, in writing, within a week. When we are ready to send the goods the customer is immediately informed by mail. In case of delayed delivery, the customer must inform us by email and we will investigate. In case the shipper declares the parcel lost, will we send again the same item free. We are not responsible in case of delayed delivery due to the shipper's strike.
Delivery errors
a : In case of wrong delivery , or if the goods do not correspond to the order, the customer must inform atlas-routier.com on the day of the delivery or the following day. After this delay complaints will be rejected. b : directly on the web site www.atlas-routier.com c :atlas-routier.com will not be responsible for any error (inconvenient), if the request does not meet the previous requirements d :atlas-routier will give the customer an exchange number for the concerned goods by email as soon as we are informed.(we receive the complaint letter) e : In case of delivery or exchange mistake any item to be exchanged or refunded shall be returned to atlas-routier.com and the customer will have to inform atlas-routier.com. The shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
