Prior to place an order on line for any item within the shop atlas-routier.com, the customer is invited to read the general sales conditions. Consequently the customer admits that he/she has been well informed of their contents and that his/her agreement does not require any signed paper, as long as he/she places an order for items within the on-line shop. The consumer can save or print the present general sales conditions.

Information about :

• the main characteristics of the goods
• the price of the goods in euro and the shipping fees if need be
• Modes of payment, shipping, processing
• Right to cancel an order
• Length (duration) of the validity of the offer and/or its price
• Conditions related to the termination of the contract

The present sales conditions define, the entire obligations of the parties. Consequently the client accepts with no reserve of any kind the provisions stated in the general sales conditions. No written condition either general or specific provided by the customer can interfere with the present general sales conditions in as much as it might be incompatible with the present general sales conditions.

The present general sales conditions aim at defining the rights and obligations of both parties within the framework of the on-line sales of goods and services.

The present contract is composed of the following documents:
- the general sales conditions
- the order form

The present general sales conditions will come into effect on the date of the order form signature. The present general sales conditions are agreed for the duration necessary for the provision of the goods and services selected till the end of the guarantees offered by atlas-routier.com .

The consumer's double click on the order form constitutes his/her electronic signature. For both parties it has the same value as a hand made signature.

The contractual information will be confirmed by email on the delivery day at the latest, or for want of email, at the address indicated by the consumer on the order form.

Within reasonable conditions of safety, the computerized data bases stored by atlas-routier.com, will be considered as evidences of the communications, orders, payments exchanged between both parties. Order forms and invoices are registered on a safe and suitable support and can be produced as evidence.

8-a :atlas-routier.com presents goods that meet the legal requirements and allow the customer to know the main characteristics of the goods before signing the order form.
8-b :The offers presented by atlas-routier.com are valid as long as stocks are available.

Prices are given in euros and valid till the date stated on the order form returned by the consumer. They comprise wrapping and shipping costs, all taxes included. The total price must be paid when the order is placed. The amount of money credited to atlas-routier cannot be considered as a deposit.

To pay the consumer has the choice between various possibilities presented on the order form depending on his/her country. The consumer guarantees atlas-routier.com that he/she is entitled to use the mode of payment he/she has chosen when he/she validated the order form. atlas-routier.com will suspend the processing and the delivery in case of payment refusal with a credit card by legal accredited organisations or in case of non payment. atlas-routier.com will refuse to deliver an item or proceed an order from a customer with a previous order partially or totally unpaid, or with an invoice litigation.

The order will be processed within 7 days from the day following the payment. If the order item is not available due to our suppliers, the customer will be notified right away, and he/she will be entitled to cancel his/her order. The customer will have the choice to be refunded within 30 days or to choose another item of the same value.

The goods will be delivered at the address indicated by the customer on the order form. The customer has to check the state of the parcel when delivered and to notify the damage occurred during the shipping on the shipping form, as well as to the shipper and atlas-routier, in writing, within a week. When we are ready to send the goods the customer is immediately informed by mail. In case of delayed delivery, the customer must inform us by email and we will investigate. In case the shipper declares the parcel lost, will we send again the same item free. We are not responsible in case of delayed delivery due to the shipper's strike.

14-a : In case of wrong delivery , or if the goods do not correspond to the order, the customer must inform atlas-routier.com on the day of the delivery or the following day. After this delay complaints will be rejected.
14-b : The request can be mailed directly on the web site www.atlas-routier.com
14-c : atlas-routier.com will not be responsible for any error if the request does not meet the previous requirements
14-d : atlas-routier will give the customer an exchange number for the concerned goods by email as soon as we receive the complaint letter.
14-e : In case of delivery or exchange mistake any item to be exchanged or refunded shall be returned to atlas-routier and the customer will have to inform atlas-routier previously by Mail. The shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

All goods available in our shop are guaranteed for a period of 2 years.

The information requested from the customer is needed for the processing of his/her order and may be communicated to atlas-routier.com's contractual partners. With regard to the French law: Informations et Liberté [6 janvier 1978] the customer can write to atlas-routier.com (gestion@atlas-routier.com) to refuse the communication of this information or to use his/her right to access the information and change any piece of information stored in the data bases of atlas-routier.com.
